•   Oversee and drive training and development efforts for 300 employees, partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop programs, and ensure impactful implementation.

Team-Based Design of Interactive Learning, UGA EITS, Introduction to Team Dynamix , January 2024 – May 2024

• Served as Creator and Evaluator to co-create a learning module that blends Articulate Storyline and Speach, using a human-centered approach.

• With four other team members, analyzed previous instructional content, developed learning objectives and a learner profile, created multiple prototypes to receive client feedback, and completed a formative evaluation.

• Used cognitive Construction, Gagne’s Nine Events of Learning, Mayer’s 12 Principles, And Jacob’s 10 usability Heuristics to guide decision-making
