Executive Summary Evaluating with a Real Data Set

The data analyzed in this project came from an evaluation assessing a 2-year professional development program designed to empower K-5 teachers to integrate technology effectively into their classrooms. The evaluation utilized various methods, including surveys, observations, and interviews, to inform a strategic plan for the program's future. Overall, the data indicated that the program was successful, revealing both strengths and weaknesses to consider for enhancing subsequent implementations. The data suggested that the program generally achieved its goals and that both teachers and students benefited from incorporating technology into their learning experiences. However, the data also revealed some discrepancies. Upon further analysis, it became evident that issues such as infrastructure limitations and limited mentor hours affected the overall program effectiveness.
